Why I built NEXT
I have worked alongside people who were accomplished, respected, and deeply capable. Yet unsure how to use AI in a way that matched the level of their work. Not junior people. Not people lacking intelligence or ambition. People who had earned their seat, and suddenly felt like everyone else had a head start.
I built NEXT because that feeling is real and the help they need is not another tutorial. It issomeone who will meet them where they are, find their starting point, and build with them step by step.
That is the work I know how to do. I built NEXT because that support should exist and I know how to give it.
What I Believe
You already have the story. My job is to help you find the language and action to make impactful changes.
Independence is the goal. You should need me less after every session.
Judgment has no placein coaching or learning. None. Ever.
Plain language only. If I as your coach cannot explain it simply, I do not understand it well enough.
