Every engagement starts the same way. A conversation.
No assessment forms. No packages to choose before we've spoken.
01 We start with a conversation. Free. No agenda.
You tell me where you are on your journey. I tell you what I've seen work. We figure out together whether this is the right fit and, if it is, what the right starting point looks like. This takes about 30 minutes. You will not be pitched a package.
02 We agree on a path. You decide the pace.
For individual coaching, this means choosing a starting package that fits your timeline and budget. For leadership advisory, this means agreeing on a focus and a cadence. For organizational workshops, this means aligning on team size, format, and what success looks like. Nothing is booked until you're ready.
03 Sessions are working sessions. Not lectures.
Each service has a different structure because each client has a different need.
AI Career Coaching sessions mixes instruction and hands-on work. Every session contains 15 min of teaching to create the foundation. The rest of the session shift to live prompting. You build. I coach. Every session ends with a real output you take with you.
Leadership Advisory sessions are working conversations. No slides. No curriculum. You bring what is in front of you, and we think through it together. The structure follows your agenda, not a fixed one.
Corporate AI Literacy is fully facilitated. Slides, structure, and hands-on practice are all part of the design. Participants use the tools during the session, not just watch them demonstrated. What makes it different: every example, every caution, and every workflow comes from someone who deployed AI inside a real institution. Not a case study. The actual room.
04 You leave with tools you own.
What that looks like depends on why you came.
AI Career Coaching clients leave with a resume in their own voice, a LinkedIn presence that reflects where they are headed, a practiced elevator pitch, and a set of AI prompts and workflows they built themselves. They won't need me to run along side them. That is the point.
Leadership Advisory clients leave with clarity on the decision they make, the communication, or the direction they came in carrying. Sometimes that is a reframed argument. Sometimes it is a course correction they already knew was right but need to work out. Every session ends with something the client can act on before the next one.
Corporate AI Literacy teams leave having used the tools in a real context, with real examples from their actual work. Not a demo they watched. A session they participated in. The goal is a team that opens the tool on Monday without hesitation because they already know how to use it.
You've seen the whole journey. Now take the first step.
