Yes. Everything discussed in coaching sessions stays between us. A coaching agreement must be signed and adhered. I do not take notes that leave the conversation. I do not share, reference, or use client situations across engagements without consent. If you are a leader inside a large organization, you already know the cost of saying the real thing in the wrong room. This is not that room.
