For senior leaders navigating AI landscape, organizational change, and what comes next. This is not a curriculum. It is a working relationship that starts where you actually are.
"As a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders, and high performers across the Americas. I have coached executives on how to communicate data upward, how to structure arguments before board presentations, and how to make organizational decisions in real time.
Regardless of whether a senior leader is wrestling with AI adoption, a career turning point, or the challenge of aligning a team, the coaching conversation begins in the same place. I’ve lived those experiences, so I can relate without judgment. Together, we focus on uncovering clarity and charting the path forward."
- Coach Kwok
We start with what matters most and align on a path forward.
The first conversation is free. It takes 30 minutes. There is no agenda, no pitch deck, and no intake form. You bring what you are navigating. I bring an honest read. We end by deciding together whether this is the right fit. Nothing is proposed until we both agree.
Leadership Advisory Session Details:
Step 1 | Discovery Session
60 minutes · No prep required.
What you bring: A situation you have been thinking about, a decision that keeps stalling, or a tension where you seek to think out loud.
What we do: We go past the surface and I ask impactful questions others too close in your circle cannot. No agenda. No stake in your outcome. Just two people having a rigor and honest reflection.
What you leave with: Clarity. Some leaders use this once and walk out with exactly what they needed. Others use it as the beginning of something longer. Either way, you leave knowing more than when you started.
Step 2 |Single Advisory Session
90 minutes · Come with a clear and focus agenda.
What you bring: Your most pressing challenges you need to think through with someone who will not judge.
What we do: We spend 90 minutes on that agenda with full rigor and directness. No detours. No retainer. No relationship to protect. Just impactful inquiries challenging your thought process.
What you leave with: A clear direction, a viable path forward, and the confidence that comes from having stress-tested your thinking with someone who has no stake in your answer.
Step 3 | Advisory Engagement - 4 Sessions
What you bring: A leadership challenge that is bigger than one conversation but does not yet require a full engagement. For example, a reorganization you are navigating, a team dynamic that is quietly costing you or a strategic decision with no clean answer.
What we do: We work through it across four sessions with enough continuity to go deep, take action, track what shifts, and hold you accountable on commits made in our engagments.
What you leave with: A clearer leadership position on the challenge you brought in, a thinking framework you can apply beyond our engagements.
Step 4 |Advisory Engagement - 8 Sessions
8 sessions of 90 minutes · 4 months · bi-weekly
What you bring: Focus areas that deserves more than a single conversation. For example, a decision you are working through, a leadership dynamic you want to strengthen, or a strategic challenge that needs a consistent thinking partner across multiple weeks.
What we do: We return to the same work across four sessions. What you learn in session one shapes session two. What shifts in week three gets examined in week four. This is not four separate conversations. It is one sustained partnership with a defined destination.
What you leave with: Real movement on the focus areas you brought in, a thinking practice you can carry forward, and the clarity that only comes from having someone hold the thread with you across our engagments.
Questions you probably have
How is this different from traditional executive coaching?
Most executive coaching follows a competency framework, a structured model, or a credentialed methodology. This is not that. Leadership Advisory is a thinking partnership built around what you are actually navigating right now. There is no personality inventory, no 360 feedback process, no prescribed arc. You bring set the objective. We work it together with rigor and honesty.
Who is this for? How is it different from AI Career Coaching?
Leadership Advisory is for senior leaders who are already in the room and need a thinking partner for what happens inside it. AI Career Coaching is designed for early to mid-career professionals working on their job search, resume, and professional narrative. The difference is not just seniority. It is the nature of the work (i.e., Organizational decisions, AI adoption strategy, team alignment, high-stakes communication, or leadership transitions). These are not coaching topics in the traditional sense. They are advisory conversations that require someone with real institutional experience, not just a framework.
Do I need to have a clear goal before I book?
No. Some of the most useful sessions start with "I know something is off but I can't name it yet." The Discovery Session is specifically designed for that. You do not need a clean problem statement or a defined outcome. You need to be willing to think out loud with someone who will push back where it matters. The clarity usually comes in the first 20 minutes. That is part of the work.
How do I choose between a single session, 4 sessions, or 8 sessions?
Start with a free 30-minute consultation and we will figure it out together. With that said, here is a rough guide. A Single Advisory Session is for leaders who have specific decisions or challenges they want to work through and are not looking for an ongoing relationship. The 4-session engagement is for leaders working through something extended, where one conversation will not be enough but they do not yet know how much support they need. The 8-session engagement is for leaders in a significant chapter, where sustained partnership matters as much as any individual session. The right choice is usually obvious once we talk.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in Leadership Advisory sessions stays between us. A coaching agreement must be signed and adhered. I do not take notes that leave the conversation. I do not share, reference, or use client situations across engagements. If you are a leader inside a large organization, you already know the cost of saying the real thing in the wrong room. This is not that room.
